Goldman Equipment

The Goldman Equipment project, located in Tallulah, Louisiana, is a 12 acre new construction project that included 30,000 square feet of new office space and a 25,000 square foot maintenance shop. Goldman Equipment is the leading dealer of John Deere Equipment in north and central Louisiana with a large selection of new and used equipment.

Our work on this project included:

• 12 Acre new Construction
• 30,000 SF of office Space + 25,000 SF maintenance shop
• 35,000 CY of onsite unclassified excavation.
• 1000 tons of Lime treatment in building pad to provide 5’ of lime treated material below the slab
• 20,000 sy of subgrade prep for concrete paving
• 500 LF of storm drain.
