Southern Beverage

This project is a brand new 190,000 square foot (SF) state-of-the-art distribution facility that sits in Ridgeland, MS and began in July of 2021. This job required extensive scheduling, work hours, and manpower to offset weather delays and complete on time. The completion of this project resulted in 200+ jobs being created in the area.

Our work on this project included:

• 32 Acres of Clearing
• 100,000 cubic yards of unclassified excavation
• 50,000 cubic yards of imported select fill material
• 1000 tons of lime Stabilization
• 270,00 square feet of asphalt and concrete paving
• 2,000 linear feet of sanitary sewer
• 3,000 linear feet of waterline
• 2,500 linear feet of stormdrain
• 40 drainage structures/manholes
• 200,000 square feet facility
