I-269 Logistics Center

I-269 Logistics Center encompassed 160 acres and is located in Marshall County, MS. Through our teams’ tremendous efforts, the 985,000-sf building pad was fast-tracked, and completion / turnover was made within four months of the project’s inception. This new facility is set to help Core5 Industrial Partners diversify their strategic position in the Southeast region.

Our work on this project included:

• 750,000 CYD + of Excavation
• 160 Acres of Clearing & Grubbing
• 4 + miles of erosion control fencing
• 10,000 Tons of Asphalt
• More than 10,000 LF of curb & gutter
• 47 Acres of fine grading
• 5,000 + feet of sanitary sewer and force mains
• 13,000 + feet of water mains
• 11,700 + feet of storm drainage and 74 storm structures
