Horn Lake Logistics Center

This project surrounded 65 acres, located adjacent to I-55 in Desoto County, MS.  The project began in Spring of 2022, with a scope that included approximately 420,000 cubic yards (CY) of excavation and grading, across a four-month period. The multiple building pads consisting of over 780,000 SF, were streamlined, so foundations could begin within four months of construction. The project required extensive coordination with crew members, suppliers, and vendors to achieve the Owner’s required turn-over dates.  This new facility helps to further assist the owners in diversifying their strategic position in the region.

Our work on this project included:

• 392,000 cubic yards of unclassified excavation
• 10,620 LF of water mains
• 64 Acres of clearing & grubbing
• 2,300 LF of sanitary sewer
• 130,000 SF of soil cement stabilization
• 5,800 LF of storm drainage
• 70 drainage structures/ manholes
• 14,400+ square yards of asphalt paving
• 6,500 Feet of curb & gutter
