Renaissance Phase III

The expansion at Renaissance encompasses 10 acres and is located in Ridgeland, Mississippi. The project is part of a multi-step development plan by the City of Ridgeland with an expected completion date of 2025. The high-end retail shopping center will serve as a central location for shopping and dining.

Our work on this project has included:

• 10 Acre commercial Development
• 100,000 SF commercial retail space
• 25,000 CY of onsite unclassified excavation
• 20,000 CY of imported Select Fill Material.
• 34,000 SY of Lime stabilization/subgrade preparation
• 2,500 LF of storm drain with 35 inlets
• 3,200 LF of Water line
• 1,000 LF of Sanitary Sewer
